Not all borrowers have the flexibility to hold off refinancing until rates stabilize or decline, so what does the current market environment mean for borrowers in a refinancing crunch today, with limited options and time pressure? With a large number of multifamily loans securitized in the CLO market with shorter loan terms, what are the likelihood of those loans being refinanced today?
